Strategic FP&A Director — Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategy

Museum of Fine Arts, Boston seeks a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range financial planning. You will partner with the CFO and leadership to develop financial plans aligning with the Museum’s mission and strategic priorities. The role oversees operating and capital budgets, builds models, analyzes performance, and provides insights for decision‑making across the organization. Endowment familiarity and nonprofit experience are valued.
