Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records by processing inventory and warehouse documentation efficiently. Research, troubleshoot, and resolve inventory discrepancies and transaction errors. Coordinate with warehouse staff and cross-functional teams to support spares operations. Ensure materials are properly received, stored, tracked, and distributed per established procedures. Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and inventory accuracy initiatives. Participate in continuous improvement projects including 5S and workplace organization. Adhere to quality management, safety, and compliance standards. Identify and suggest opportunities to enhance inventory processes and workflow.

Required Skills and Experience: 2-5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or material control roles. Strong attention to detail with the ability to process high transaction volumes accurately. Proficient with computerized inventory or warehouse systems. Basic skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Effective communicator, organized, and reliable in a team setting. Eligible as a U.S. Person (required for employment).
