We are not a high-volume, short-appointment practice. New patient visits are scheduled for 60 minutes, and follow-ups for 30 to 45 minutes, because we believe real outcomes come from truly knowing the people we treat. We’re looking for an experienced Doctor of Physical Therapy who is passionate about one-on-one care and building lasting patient relationships, not moving quickly through a packed schedule. You’ll have the autonomy to treat patients the way you see fit, with the flexibility to shape a schedule that works for you, full-time or part-time, while working alongside a chiropractor, massage therapist, acupuncturist, and other providers in the best interest of each patient.
Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy care to a diverse caseload, including post-surgical rehabilitation and injury recovery, with the time to treat each patient thoroughly.
Incorporate dry needling into individualized treatment plans.
Build care plans aligned with Allied Healthcare’s whole-person philosophy.
Collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and other providers, working together in the best interest of the patient.
Maintain thorough patient records and communicate progress clearly.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree with meaningful clinical experience.
Active Physical Therapist license in Colorado.
Certification in dry needling required.
A genuine passion for one-on-one patient care and building long-term patient relationships.
Comfortable exercising clinical autonomy within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
