We are looking for a FOURTH Balanced Beast Clinician to join our team. Before learning about our new position, honestly ask yourself: Are you sick of seeing 12+ patients a day? In the end, patients are months down the road headed towards significant life altering chronic pain, injections, and surgery. The answer: true high quality 1-on-1 care with an expert that can restore clarity and establish a clear path to recovery. This requires 2 key ingredients: A clinic that supports clinicians with a supportive and growth oriented environment that doesn’t pass judgement, and supports nuance. Clinicians that want to bring back their burning passion they used to have in PT school that was sucked out of them from clinical practice. Here’s the process of becoming a Balanced Beast Clinician: GET TRAINED WITH THE BALANCED BEAST APPROACH: You are not going to see patients right away. We are providing extensive paid training beyond just DPT school tools. This gives us a common classification/categorization for clinicians to talk the same language. INTEGRATE YOUR OWN SKILLS & TOOLS: Collaborate with our owner on how to take your already honed skills and integrate it into the Balanced Beast Approach so you can keep your own extra sauce and magic. APPLY YOUR NEW TRAINING: Slowly we will build up your caseload with extensive case by case training to work up to the level of quality we accept Balanced Beast. THRIVE IN A LEARNING & SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT: Build to a full caseload of up to a MAX of 1 patient an hour.
