Superintendent - Commercial Construction | Phoenix, AZA highly respected, well-established general contractor based in Phoenix is looking for an experienced Superintendent to join their team. This is a business with a strong, secured pipeline of commercial work across the Valley for years to come, offering genuine long-term stability rather than a project-to-project existence.
The Role: You'll take day-to-day ownership of the jobsite, coordinating trades, managing schedule and quality, and acting as the main point of contact for subcontractors, project teams, and clients on the ground. This is a business that invests heavily in its field leaders and gives Superintendents real autonomy to run their projects.
What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • A stable career history with strong tenure at previous employers, this business is looking for someone who commits for the long haul, not a string of short stints
  • Strong working knowledge of scheduling, safety, and quality control on active jobsites
  • Confident, hands-on leadership style with subcontractors and project teams
  • Open to relocating to the Phoenix metro area, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate
