Account Executive | Los Angeles or Remote (US) | Base $80K–$100K | OTE $140K–$170KAbout DuxreDuxre is the operating system for commercial real estate brokers. Listings, contacts, marketing, deal management, and an AI layer called Dash, in one platform the broker actually owns. The distinction that matters: other platforms extract broker data and sell it back to the market. Duxre inverts that. The relationship graph a broker builds compounds for the broker, not the platform. Our founder, Sean Fulp, is Vice Chair of Capital Markets at Colliers with over $7 billion in career closed transactions. He built this because he needed it. That's rare in CRE tech and it shows in the product.
The Role:
You'll own new business with broker teams and boutique brokerages. Full cycle, from first conversation to signed subscription. You'll sell subscriptions and microsites. Deals average $10,000 to $15,000, which means you're usually working with a team lead and whoever runs their marketing, not a single broker making a snap decision. You'll need to build the case, handle the pushback, and close it. The microsites are a broker's own presence: company sites, team sites, property sites, all wired into the platform underneath. Not a website vendor's product sitting off to the side. Every visitor, every inquiry, every download lands back in the broker's own CRM.We generate real pipeline for you. Marketing, paid advertising, an outbound platform running signal-based campaigns, marketplace inbound, and conference demand all feed your queue. But we're not hiring order-takers. When the queue is thin, you research your market, build a list, and pick up the phone. The people who win here do both. You'll report to the VP of Revenue Operations, and work directly with the founder on positioning. Early-stage means your read on what brokers actually object to changes what we say next week, not next quarter.
What you'll do:- Work inbound and marketing-generated leads fast, before they cool
- Research brokers and teams in your territory and open your own conversations by phone, email, and LinkedInRun discovery and demos tailored to how a broker actually works
- Close subscriptions and microsites across three product tiers (Ignite, Command, Apex) and know which fits whom
- Keep clean pipeline and forecast in HubSpotFeed objections and pricing friction back to leadership so we fix itHit a monthly number
- What we're looking for2–5 years closing B2B SaaS in the $10K+ deal range, or CRE sales experience with an appetite to move into software
- You've closed with multiple stakeholders in the room and can build a simple business case
- You've built pipeline yourself, not just worked what was handed to you
- Comfortable on the phone with a broker who thinks every tech pitch is noise
- Can run a demo and ask for the business without flinching
- Disciplined in CRM. We run on HubSpot and we mean itSelf-directed. Small team, no hand-holding, real ownership
- Helps a lot
- Sold into brokers, brokerages, or CRE firms
- You've sold to teams or small firms rather than single-seat buyers
- You know the western retail or investment-sale broker world
- Why this is a good job right now
Real differentiation, not a feature list. A founder who's a top-producing broker, so you're never selling something the market doesn't recognize. Meaningful pipeline built for you, plus the freedom to go build more. Two AEs on the team, so what you close is visible.
