This senior leadership position combines strategic technology oversight, team management, and exceptional hands-on service in a sophisticated private environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 4–5 AV/IT professionals and external technology specialists.
Oversee enterprise IT, cybersecurity, networks, cloud infrastructure, and data protection.
Direct luxury residential AV, home automation, and cinema-quality entertainment systems.
Manage technology initiatives, vendors, budgets, and system integrations.
Deliver seamless, discreet, and responsive technology support to Principals and staff.
Ideal Candidate:
7+ years of IT/AV leadership experience preferred, ideally supporting UHNW families, luxury estates, or comparable private environments.
Demonstrated experience working in NYC and New York State; familiarity with the Hamptons.
Strong expertise in Apple ecosystems, Crestron, Lutron, enterprise networking, and cybersecurity.
Proven ability to lead technical teams while remaining personally engaged in problem-solving.
Exceptional discretion, communication skills, and a polished, service-oriented approach.
Flexibility for frequent travel and support across multiple time zones.
