Load Management: Monitor load capacities to prevent dangerous overloading of personnel and heavy materials. Coordination: Communicate via two-way radio with ground crews, site supervisors, and project managers to maintain efficient material and personnel flow. Basic Maintenance: Perform light mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance on the hoist machinery.
