Merchandise Coordinator This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company. About The Position We're looking for a Merchandise Coordinator to support our Lifestyle Apparel Team. This person will work within the product data management system to ensure the accuracy of product details and support overall data entry and maintenance. This role supports various seasonal meetings and key merchandising deliverables by developing tools to assist in the analysis and presentation of the product. Provides administrative assistance to management. Demonstrates flexibility, a high level of priority management, resourcefulness, and a high sense of urgency. How You'll Make A Difference Work with the Product Line Managers to enter, update and maintain all system data as well as Line Plan worksheets, and Line Architecture tools. Ensure the accuracy of the style and product line information in the PDM system throughout the creation process. Prep for key meetings and deliverables, including sample management and preparing line sheets. You Are A strong self-starter with the ability to focus on key deliverables Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time Excited to kick off your career in Merchandising A problem solver with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. An effective communicator with dynamic interpersonal skills and a passion for establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal contacts and co-workers. Knowledgeable in the consumer, retail, and outdoor industry. You Have Bachelor's degree in apparel merchandising, business, or equivalent work experience. An understanding of software and reporting tools to collect relevant data Proficient in MS Office; specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe. Miro, Airtable.
