Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Emergency Services

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator leads and coordinates nursing care during the assigned shift in a freestanding emergency department. The role supports patient admission and discharge, evaluates care quality, promotes teamwork and patient satisfaction, and helps guide staff development and performance in collaboration with department leadership. Coordinate nursing care and department functions during the assigned shift. Assist with patient admission and discharge to support efficient throughput and quality care. Participate in assessments of patient care quality with management. Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to promote teamwork and better outcomes. Support patient-first service and address service recovery needs. Recommend and support staff hiring, training, development, performance evaluation, and policy compliance.
