VP, Corporate Counsel — Hyperscale Data Centers

Fleet Data Centers seeks a senior-level VP, Corporate Counsel to provide legal guidance on hyperscale data center leasing transactions and general corporate matters. This role operates across the business with outside counsel, building scalable structures to accelerate deal execution. You’ll draft and negotiate leases, joint ventures, and related agreements, while shaping the contracting engine for a high-growth data center developer.
