The Financial Analyst will be an integral part of the team, collaborating with financial leadership to manage expenses, report monthly financials, and track clinical commitments.
Summary:
Supports financial decision making by monitoring deadlines; collecting, summarizing, and consolidating data; allocating variances; analyzing and interpreting data; making comparative analyses; explaining data and assumptions; researching and correcting variance problems; assembling and analyzing historical financial data; explaining data and assumptions. Does this position require Patient Care? NoEssential Functions: Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management Support the on-boarding of junior analysts by mentoring and assisting them Track key performance indicators, prepare financial reports and sometimes present them Create ad-hoc reports and perform financial analysis Assists project teams with financial guidance Reviews financial reporting and ensures data integrity to enable management decisions Ensures compliance with financial guidelines, company policies and regulations
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? NoExperience: Experience in accounting or finance 2-3 years required and Experience in a role within a large healthcare organization 1-2 years preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical and mathematical skills. Superior Excel Skills is required. Pay Range:
