Accountant (Australian Accounting) | Work from Home

Job Description: The Intermediate Accountant supports end-to-end financial stewardship across the Group, reporting to the Finance Manager. This includes financial operations, assistance with intercompany reconciliation, compliance reporting, and process refinement. In partnership with the Finance Manager, this role will help ensure financial practices support high performance, commercial insight, and aligned decision-making across all business units. This role is on a Permanent Work from Home setup.

Requirements: at least 3 years AU Accounting experience

Job Responsibilities: Supportthe Finance Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Finance functionacross all business entities within the Group. Supportthe development and implementation of robust financial processes, reporting, and compliance frameworks. Prepareand maintain financial records, reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Ensurefinancial records are maintained in accordance with applicable Australianaccounting standards, taxation requirements, and regulatory obligations. Assistwith month-end and year-end financial reporting processes. Supportexternal audits and regulatory reporting obligations by preparing requireddocumentation and information. Investigateand resolve account discrepancies and assist with maintaining dataintegrity across financial systems. Assistwith budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting activities asrequired. Identificationand support of process improvements and technology solutions that enhanceefficiency. Collaboratewith team members across the business to provide financial support andensure the timely completion of finance-related tasks.
