This role will have an abundance of administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a 10 building Condo/Coop portfolio
  • Conduct property inspections, ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal regulations, including fire safety, building codes, and health regulations.
  • Assist with responding and following up to all unit owner complaints and issues on a timely basis to ensure satisfaction with management and the board.
  • Manage and oversee resident maintenance and repair requests with staff, superintendents, porters, and contractors.
  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed timely.
  • Bid, select, and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers and process work orders and payables to vendors.
  • Review and coordinate dismissal of city agency building violations in a timely manner, if needed.
  • Run board and annual meetings, draft and distribute notices to shareholders, and communicate with boards.
  • Oversee property operating budget, review financials, and expense analysis.
  • Coordinate and track important dates and meetings, such as unit vacancies, move-ins, and repair deadlines etc.
  • Prepare and/or implement procedures and systems within company guidelines to ensure orderly, efficient workflow.
  • Properly maintain the portfolio according to standard operating procedures and coordinating/prioritizing schedules with superintendents and porters.
  • Assist our Senior team with Project Management. i.e. Local Law 11 FISP.
Qualifications: 3+ years’ experience managing condo/coop buildings in New York City. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational/technical training. Experience with Microsoft office, Excel, Adobe, AvidXchange, management CRMs. Ability to multitask and work in a team environment. Supervisory experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. HPM offers commission and benefits including health insurance, life insurance, dental, vision, 401k.
Compensation range: $100,000-$115,000, commensurate with experience.
