Material Handler (Picking, packing, shipping) - 2nd shift *DIRECT START*

Location: Olathe, KS

Pay: $17.25 per hour – Paid Weekly!

Schedule: Monday – FridayNight Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AMPosition Summary

Responsibilities: Perform a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, order picking, packaging, and shipping customer orders. Operate handheld scanners and other distribution-related technology and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly disposing of materials and keeping work areas tidy. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Utilize working knowledge of distribution center operations and processes. Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company values, ethics, and goals. Exhibit strong organizational and housekeeping skills. Work flexible hours and shifts as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements: Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods. Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications: Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
