Contract Manager (H/F)

Your Responsibilities: As a Contract Manager, you are a member of the project management team for the construction and equipment of a Data Center in the Paris region. You will be responsible for the contractual aspects of the ongoing project. Main Missions: Analyze and master the contract; Support the operational staff in the contractual and commercial follow-up; Review contractual correspondences; Follow the respect of the respective obligations of the parties; Pilot operational risks; Follow the interfaces; Support the passage of key orders; Trace the project developments and formalize compensation requests (costs and delays); Prepare with the operational teams the additional work estimates and negotiate them with the client. Negotiate and draft amendments; Prepare the reception and associated operations (project settlement project, follow-up of reserves liftings, mainlevées...)In the context of your missions, your interlocutors will be those of the Project Directorate of the Business Unit, the supervisors of the different CET and Design / Engineering lots, suppliers and subcontractors, the project client and the operating client, AMO, MOE...The Talent We Are Looking ForGraduated from a level Bac+5 (Engineer), you have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar function and master the management of schedules and the analysis of delays. Operational work experience is a plus. What will make you successful in this position?
