Other Key Responsibilities: Advanced Development & PrototypingDesign and evaluate high-power conversion systems (kW MW) Execute topology trade-offs, efficiency optimization, and thermal/EMI analysisPerform hands-on lab bring-up, testing, and debuggingDevelop prototype and reference designs (no production ownership) Technical Problem Solving & Escalation SupportLead deep technical troubleshooting beyond FAE-level issuesDrive root-cause analysis, validation, and resolution strategies, advanced R&D tasks: calculations/simulations, deriving formulas, drawing waveforms. Customer-Facing EngineeringEngage directly with U.S.-based customersTranslate requirements into engineering direction and design improvementsSupport evaluations with data-driven technical recommendations, tools like: MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, Cadence Virtuoso and AllegroGlobal CollaborationPartner with international R&D teams across Europe and AsiaShare findings and contribute to global platform developmentBACKGROUND PROFILEPh. D. in Electrical Engineering (Power Electronics / Power Conversion preferred) Hands-on experience with AC/DC, DC/DC, or inverter-based power systemsStrong foundation in lab validation, testing, debugging, and system-level optimizationPREFERRED (PLUS) Bilingual (nice-to-have)ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS
