Territory Sales Manager – Northeast USAHot-Melt & Water-Based Adhesives | Packaging Industry📍 Location: Northeast USA – Ideally Pennsylvania, New Jersey or surrounding states💼 Industry: Specialty Adhesives | Packaging | Industrial Manufacturing We are partnering with an established US specialty adhesives manufacturer to recruit a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the Northeast region. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to join a business known for its technical expertise, customised adhesive solutions and responsive customer service.
The Opportunity: Manage and grow an established multi-million-dollar sales territory across the Northeast USA.Drive new business development, identifying and securing new customers across the packaging and industrial markets. Sell hot-melt and water-based adhesive technologies into manufacturers, converters and packaging businesses. Develop long-term relationships with customers, working closely with technical and R&D teams to deliver tailored solutions. Take ownership of territory strategy, pipeline development and revenue growth.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven B2B sales experience within adhesives, ideally hot-melt and/or water-based technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of packaging applications, including corrugated, folding cartons, paper converting or flexible packaging.
  • A demonstrated track record of winning new business and developing territories.
  • Existing relationships across the Northeast packaging or industrial manufacturing markets would be advantageous.
  • Candidates from adjacent sectors, including coatings, inks and other packaging materials, will also be considered.
