Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide virtual parent and caregiver training using ABA principles
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed
- Supervise and support behavior technicians when applicable
- Maintain clinical documentation and ensure quality outcomes Qualifications: Active BCBA certification & GA licensure
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong communication and parent coaching skills
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
