Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and safety protocols. Monitor patient progress, document symptoms, and communicate updates to the healthcare team. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate electronic health records using EPIC EMR system.

Qualifications: Valid Oregon registered nursing license (or pending licensure with an ETA of 2 weeks). Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry setting. Current BLS certification; ACLS, NIHSS, and chemo certifications preferred. EPIC EMR experience highly preferred. Ability to work night shifts (3x12-hour nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
