An academic-affiliated health system with multiple locations throughout New Hampshire and Vermont is adding a Geriatric Medicine Physician. The Hospital's network includes the critical access-designated Hospital and Historic Homes of a senior living community, as well as an outpatient clinic.
About the position:
  • 100% outpatient positionEPIC EMRAverage daily patient census is 16-1832 clinical hours. Admin time can be done remotely
  • Minimal call by phone only
  • Non-teaching position25-bed non-profit hospital
  • Ideal candidate will have an interest in value-based care
