Global Medical Psychiatry Executive Director Schizophrenia

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Global Medical Psychiatry Strategy leader (MPL) to guide medical strategy for schizophrenia and oversee the global execution of medical activities. The Executive Director will lead a team of Medical Strategy leads and report to the VP, Head of Global Medical Psychiatry. The role requires 10–15+ years in pharma, advanced scientific training, and strong cross-functional leadership to drive launches, lifecycle work, and regional strategies across markets.
