Job TitleThe head of the Fipu1 bureau leads a team of 8 agents, divided into two departments: Synthesis Department: Coordination and synthesis of public finance forecasts (public deficit, public spending, etc.) particularly those underlying the finance laws, coordination of the production of the economic social and financial report annexed to the PLF, presentation of forecasts and financial texts to various interlocutors (internal e.g. cabinets, other departments or external e.g. HCFP, international organizations, Court of Auditors), monitoring of risks on the evolution of the public deficit during execution (dashboard for Ministers).Sub-sectors of APU and Provisional Account: Realization of public finance forecasts of the State, miscellaneous bodies of central administration (ODAC) and local public administrations (APUL), and economic analyses on these sectors. The head of the bureau organizes and conducts forecasting exercises, in coordination with the other offices of the sub-directorate, with particular attention to the relevance of the methods used and the quality of the results obtained. For these exercises, he/she is the preferred contact point for the hierarchical heads of the other concerned administrations (DGFIP, DB, DLF, DSS mainly). He/she ensures an analytical and economic policy advice function in matters of public finances. Piloting the committee for monitoring budget execution to inform ministers and parliamentarians and prepare necessary corrective measures if needed. Planning the internal organization and inter-administration of forecasting exercises up to the annual progress report.
