On-Call Triage Registered Nurse Supervisor

This critical position ensures that high-quality care standards are maintained across our diverse healthcare platforms. The role is responsible for overseeing the triage nursing staff, providing expert clinical guidance, and enhancing patient outcomes through efficient healthcare service delivery during on-call hours. Candidates will be part of a team renowned for compassion and expertise in managing a wide range of health fields tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Oversee and manage the on-call triage nursing team, ensuring all staff follows established procedures and standards. Evaluate patient needs and ensure timely and accurate clinical decisions for care direction. Lead and mentor nurses to enhance skills and ensure effective patient management. Coordinate with healthcare providers and other departments to facilitate comprehensive patient care. Monitor and report on performance metrics, and implement improvements to care processes where necessary. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Strong leadership and managerial abilities Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and handle emergency situations Proficiency in the use of healthcare IT systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license in the state of practice Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
