Administer oaths and affirmations, take acknowledgments, witness signatures, verify identities, and certify copies in full compliance with Arizona law — in person or via remote online notarization.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- U.S. citizen with an active Notary Public commission.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Experience with loan signings a plus.
- Composed under pressure, professional, and an excellent communicator.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A working laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone, solid Internet, a home-office setup, and a dependable vehicle for signings around Chandler, Arizona.
PAYMENT: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
