Job Overview: As Foreman / Lead Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician at our Kitchen Guard of Jacksonville location, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Responsibilities include: Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans. Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment. Performing tasks independently without direct supervision. Maintaining and managing equipment, and reporting any discrepancies. Ensuring the successful work product of the crew.

Shift: Overnight (9-11 PM check‑in, 5-7 AM check‑out). Position: Full‑Time (40‑50 hours per week).

Requirements: Overnight crew experience preferred but not required.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a physical, fast‑paced environment. Must be able to work independently and lead a team effectively. Past experience cleaning commercial kitchens. You know what you’re getting into and are ready to make this your career!
