Warehouse Delivery Assistant

Job Description: Warehouse & Delivery Assistant Precept Wine is the largest privately owned wine company in the Northwest. We’re seamlessly integrated to run our own vineyards, wineries and world-class tasting rooms. Currently we are looking for the best and brightest to fill an immediate opening for a full-time Warehouse & Delivery Assistant in our Seattle office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide support in pick-up and delivery of customer & tasting room orders.
• Assisting in all processing, assembling, delivering of wine club, employee, non-profit, online, donation and event wine orders
• Stocking all shipping (UPS, FedEx and DHL) supplies
• Organizing Warehouse
• Working with marketing on packing and mailing samples
• Assist with events to ensure staffing and deliveries for wine events are completed.
• Ensure that products are properly packed, stored and transported to avoid any accidents and damage.
• Provide outstanding service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Make last-minute order adjustment as requested by customers.
• Respond to delivery-related inquiries and concerns from customers.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Ideal candidate will have:
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Handle and transport product safely
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• The applicant must be flexible, professional, highly motivated, and must be able to manage multiple responsibilities and complete tasks with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position with flexible hours. 40 hours per week.
