Accounts Payable Manager

Job Duties: Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment. Processes credit card statements, following up with credit card users for proper receipts. Reviews all outbound shipment billing. Examines duty, ocean, air, and land freight billing payments. Reconciles vendor statements & all vendor inquiries. Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and accounts payable files. Provides reconciliations for the monthly and annual closing process.
