Hospital Assistant I- Culinary and Nutrition Orange- PT Day Shift 20hrs

Job Title Incumbent assists in the preparation for patient meal service through processing diet orders using hospital computer applications (TDS and Mass Cash POS). Enters all tube feeding products and/or snacks into Mass Cash POS System for a "ready at time" delivery to patient care units. Assists patients via telephone orders with menu selection and educates as needed in accordance with diet order. Updates changes from diet sheets for each mealtime. Visits or calls patients that require assistance with menu selection and performs daily floor stocking duties.
