Collaborate with technical experts to present clear, persuasive arguments. Handle PTAB proceedings, including IPRs. Explore SEPs/FRAND and disputes involving telecommunications and multimedia standards.
Requirements:
3-6 years of patent litigation experience. Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
