Corporate/Real Estate Attorney

Key Responsibilities: Assist with a variety of corporate and business transactions, including the preparation, review, and organization of agreements and related legal documents. Support merger and acquisition matters by conducting due diligence, managing transaction checklists, and coordinating closing deliverables. Draft and revise contracts, closing documents, ancillary agreements, and corporate governance materials. Participate in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing matters, and leasing activities. Review title reports, survey materials, and other real estate-related documentation. Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful transaction execution. Manage closing processes, monitor deadlines, track required filings, and ensure all transaction requirements are satisfied. Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses related to corporate, securities, and real estate matters.
