Education & Certifications Required: Valid RN License (State of Maine), BLS Required, ACLS Preferred

Number of Beds: Varies based on unit floated to (smallest unit has 15 beds, largest has 40+ beds)
Patient Ratios: Typically, 1:4 on days (1:5 when stretched) and 1:5 on nights (1:6 when stretched)

Must Have Skills/Experience: 2 years Level 1 Trauma acute hospital experience; ability to read & interpret telemetry strips Preferred Skillset/Experience: Minimum 1 year travel assignments; prefer 2 years experience Type of Patients on Unit: Varies based on unit floated toPersonality Fit: Flexibility is a must Dress Code: Scrub Color: Any color, as long as it is clean and professional in appearance Unacceptable Attire: Jeans, t-shirts, open-toed shoes, shoes with holes (such as Crocs) Minimum 1 year travel or prior Float Pool experience will set the traveler up for success.
