Optical Patient Experience Technician

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to provide exceptional customer service at our optical store and to support clinical-to-retail transitions. You will help ensure a smooth flow between clinical services and the retail team while maintaining high patient satisfaction. Qualified candidates have an associate degree or higher certification and at least two years of customer-service experience. Optical experience is a plus, and a positive, proactive attitude is essential.
