Automotive Service Technician

As an Auto Care Center Technician at Walmart Inc., you will be a part of an industry-leading automotive service team in one of our high-traffic hypermarkets. Focused on delivering high quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, you will leverage your technical skills to enhance customer satisfaction and care. You will work in a dynamic environment with the support of a robust team, using the latest in automotive tools and technology to diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles. Perform standard automobile maintenance and repair tasks including oil changes, battery installation, and tire rotation Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, steering, brake, and exhaust systems Communicate with customers about service needs and ensure clear understanding of services performed Maintain work area cleanliness and organizational standards Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Participate in ongoing educational and training opportunities to stay current with industry standards and technology Proficiency in using diagnostic and repair tools Strong automotive repair skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k ASE certification preferred but not required.
