Private Client Services Associate Attorney - Midlevel Direct Counsel represents a leading national law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Services Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized Private Client Services Group.
The Role:
Advise individuals and families on sophisticated estate and tax planning.
Handle complex trust and estate administration, including trust modifications and decanting.
Advise on business interests, unique assets, transfer tax matters, and family office structures.
Assist with tax controversy matters before the IRS.Work directly with clients and experienced attorneys on sophisticated private client matters.
Qualifications4–6 years of trust and estate planning/administration experience.
Strong transactional and estate planning background.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong academic credentials.
LL.M. in Taxation preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $365,000–$420,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
