Senior Counsel, Fiscal & Privacy | Financing Lead

The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) seeks a Senior Assistant Chief Counsel, Fiscal, Financing, and Privacy Branch – CEA Level B, to lead legal work in finance, privacy, and rate setting for Medi-Cal. Must be a California-licensed attorney and member of the California State Bar. You will guide Branch Attorneys, collaborate with DHCS leadership and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with state law while shaping policy on fiscal matters.
