Senior Life Underwriting Analyst

Key responsibilities: Collaborate with underwriting project teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with IT on project goals Facilitate the documentation of business and system requirements, translating underwriting needs for technical teams Coordinate business readiness activities, including training and stakeholder communications, to ensure successful project implementation

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience, preferably in IT or a business area discipline Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis 2-4 years of industry experience preferred Two years of experience managing technical projects in a complex environment Working knowledge of life insurance products and underwriting processes is a plus
