What You'll Do: Take guest orders in the dining room and drive-thru with speed, accuracy, and genuine care. Practice Core 4 (eye contact, smile, enthusiastic tone, personal connection) and deliver 2nd Mile Service — refreshing drinks, table touch-ins, 2-bite checks, assisting families, clearing trays, and upselling. Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized, professional service that feels intentional. Communicate clearly with the Expo and kitchen teams to ensure order accuracy and seamless execution.
