Production Line Worker - Powder Coating...

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm or 11:00am - 9:30pm Overtime: Opportunities available on Fridays Wage Information: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Read and follow work instructions, travelers, and production prints Hang parts on manual or automated powder-coating lines Count, mask, and prepare parts for production Sand parts and use an air gun to remove debris or excess water Place parts on and remove parts from the wash conveyor Manually wash larger parts as needed Move parts between stations using the production tracking system Inspect finished parts for defects and quality concerns Package completed parts according to work instructions Perform light assembly work Assist in other departments as production needs change Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Complete general housekeeping duties, including sweeping floors and emptying trash Follow all company safety rules and procedures
