About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a medical direction model during day shifts within an operating room setting, working 10-hour and 12-hour shifts with a preferred schedule of 4x10s totaling 40-50 hours per week. The surgical case mix includes plastics, ENT, general surgery, bread and butter, and some thoracic procedures; pediatric and cardiac cases are excluded from this assignment.
