Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

ShiftKey, LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to pick up per-diem shifts via our digital marketplace. You’ll deliver hands-on nursing care in partner facilities, including medication administration, treatments, vital signs monitoring, and documentation in EHRs. Collaborate with RNs and care teams, follow care plans, and support residents’ comfort and safety. Choose when and where you work, accessing a variety of facilities while contributing to high-quality, reliable staffing for patient care. Provide direct bedside nursing care to residents and patients in partner facilities Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols Monitor and document vital signs, patient status, and responses to treatment in EHRs Support and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with RNs and physicians Maintain strict infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately Accurately complete required documentation and shift reports Adapt quickly to different facility workflows and policies while using ShiftKey platform Uphold a mission-driven, patient-centered approach in all care activities Patient assessment Medication administration Vital signs monitoring Wound care Electronic health records (EHR) Care planning and documentation Infection control IV therapy (where permitted) Communication with interdisciplinary teams Patient and family education Medical Insurance Active LPN license in state of practice BLS/CPR certification Experience with EHR systems preferred
