The firm advises sophisticated clients across healthcare, life sciences, and related sectors, providing practical, strategic, and high-quality legal guidance. The firm is expanding its healthcare regulatory practice and is seeking an attorney to support growing client needs and work closely with experienced partners on complex healthcare regulatory matters.
Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on healthcare regulatory compliance, including federal and state healthcare laws and regulations
- Assisting with regulatory strategy for healthcare transactions, operations, and corporate governance
- Supporting compliance programs, risk management, and policy development
- Collaborating with partners and clients to deliver practical solutions to regulatory challenges
- Mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to team growth as appropriate
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years of healthcare regulatory experience within a law firm
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulations, including experience in one or more of the following: HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, FDA regulations (if applicable), or other healthcare regulatory frameworks
- Ability to manage matters independently with appropriate partner supervision
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Certifications:
Active admission to at least one U.S. state bar
