Remote Help Desk Analyst | IT Support & Imaging

Talantir is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join ITS. You will troubleshoot hardware, software and networking problems, assisting users across multiple locations and remote users. The role requires AD, networking knowledge and strong customer service skills, with a focus on rapid issue resolution and clear communication.
