Position Type: Full Time, Regular
Will be responsible for securing ROW for pipeline, roads, locations and all other operation functions. Handles inquiries and issues of EOG lessors and royalty owners. Will settle damages for any operation work to be performed. Coordinate the staking of locations with the drilling, land and exploration departments.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is preferred. At least 2 years of experience conducting negotiations with strong emphasis on surface damage and right-of-way negotiations and resolution. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written along with superior communication and organizational skills. Must be able to handle multiple projects and obtain results in a performance driven, team oriented environment. Good driving record required. Position will be filled commensurate with experience.
