Chief Development & Impact Officer

Flatbush Cats is a Brooklyn-based nonprofit working to reduce overcrowded animal shelters in New York City. We are seeking a Vice President of Development to lead and grow our fundraising efforts with a focus on long-term sustainability and impact. You will shape our fundraising strategy, manage a high-performing development team, and personally lead major gifts and strategic partnerships, helping us scale from a strong base to greater impact for NYC's pets and communities.
