Clinic Launch Director, Oncology Trials & Operations

Serova is building a new clinic in Bozeman, Montana, and seeks a leader to set it up and run operations, including license, budget, vendors and policies. You will hire the team—nurses, a research coordinator, specimen operations, and an investigational pharmacist—and coordinate with the medical director to plan patient flow and staffing. This role requires hands-on governance, startup experience, and willingness to spend extended periods in Bozeman during setup.
