Job Details:
- Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members
- Visits include medication and medical history review and physical evaluation (no prescribing, ordering labs, or altering treatment plans)
- Average visits per day: 6 9Travel support available for qualifying providers (airfare, hotel, rental car, gas stipend)
Requirements: Board Certification: Required Active State License
Education: Master s degree required
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Location: Counties available all over the state; please inquire
