Assistant F&B Director | High-Impact, High-Volume Ops

The Twelve Thirty Club in Nashville is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Director to oversee daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event spaces. You will partner with culinary and beverage leadership to maintain service standards, drive guest satisfaction, and manage budgets in a high-volume setting. You will lead staffing, scheduling, and planning to support multiple outlets, while coaching and developing managers and hourly team members.
