Senior Counsel, SaaS & Commercial Transactions

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions to serve as a senior legal adviser supporting the company's commercial contracting function and strategic initiatives. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, AI-enabled offerings, and data processing agreements, while partnering with Sales, Product, Security, and Finance to enable growth and manage risk.
