When on ED STEMI call, the cardiologist responds to STEMI and ED Emergencies: does bedside consults at the request of hospitalist. Performs CATHS if needed Interprets ECHO and Stress TestsED and Inpatient consults Follow- up consults from prior day Locums provider must provide a minimum of 8 hours clinical time. Anything less than 6 will not facilitate our needs, especially on weekend when the workload expands to 8 hours regularl Patient Call Volume: 10-12 consults, 3 Caths, 10 STEMI's per month Average Daily Procedures: 3-5 Stress Tests, 2 TEE's, 3-5 Caths, 10 Echos Inpatient - Consulting and ED STEMI Call. When on ED STEMI call, the cardiologist responds to STEMI and ED Emergencies; does bedside consults at the request of hospitalist, performs CATHS if needed; Interprets ECHO and STRESS TESTSSupport Staff: Techs, and RNEMR: Meditech
